GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The present conditions form an integral part of the agreement. It can only be deviated from in writing with an agreement drawn up between both parties.
The goods or services are delivered as described on the invoice or in the order form/agreement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the invoices due are no later than thirty (30) days after the invoice date.
The goods or services are delivered within the term as set out stated on the order form, possible trade delays taken into account due to the nature of the industry.
Complaints regarding the services provided cannot be accepted if they are not submitted to us in writing arrive within seven days of delivery.
In the event of non-payment of the invoice on the due date, and without notice of default interest of 12% per annum.
In addition, without notice of default, the outstanding invoice amount will be increased by 10%, with a minimum of EUR 10
by way of compensation for extrajudicial recovery costs and contractual damage, without prejudice to other relevant recovery costs.
All our agreements are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes in connection with the relations between Treemakers bv and the client or with these general terms and conditions will be settled exclusively in the courts of the Turnhout district.
